9 Weeks- Train Like A Bodybuilder

The Follow-Along Progressive Overload program is designed to take you through 9 weeks of building muscle the most efficient way possible. Progress overload: means that each week your goal is to move up in weight, reps, or sets each week you do the workouts. By keeping your workouts consistent for a specified length of time, you are able to focus on increasing your strength while increasing the intensity of stimulus to your muscles one week at a time. I highly recommend you to follow this plan for the full amount of weeks specified at the top of each section.
